Why is my transaction taking too long to process?

The delivery timelines for transfers vary depending on the delivery method you've chosen. If your transaction is taking too long, it may be due to any of the following reasons:

  • Your recipient's bank is unavailable

  • A timeout from our provider

  • The amount you sent exceeds the limit on the receiving account. Always confirm with your recipient the funding limit on their account.

  • You entered the wrong account details. If you made a mistake with your recipient’s information, please reach out to Support immediately here
