What does my transfer status mean?

We'll always give you real-time updates on the status of your transfer and descriptions of what they mean. You can view transfer status by clicking on the particular transaction you want to track.

Successful:

  • We've received your funds and then successfully delivered to your recipient. Please note that most banks will deposit the money in the account within minutes, but some might take up to 3 business days.

Failed:

  • Your transaction could not be processed because we did not receive funds from your financial institution.

Canceled:

  • You canceled your transfer.

Processing:

  • Your money is on its way to your recipient. The status changes to "Successful" when the funds arrive in the recipient's account.

Requires Action:

  • We could not confirm receipt of your funds. In cases like this, we usually require you to let us know if you have made payment.
