What are the transfer limits?

Your transfer limit on the Send App depends on your tier and payment method.

Tier 1 (Starter) limits:

  • Monthly Limit: Send up to 1,000 (USD/EUR/GBP or local currency equivalent) monthly.

  • Annual Limit: Send up to 10,000 (USD/EUR/GBP or local currency equivalent) annually.

  • Requirements: Basic account profile information (no ID verification required in most regions).

Tier 2 (Power User) limits:

  • Monthly Limit: Send up to 100,000 (USD/EUR/GBP or local currency equivalent) monthly

  • Annual Limit: Send up to 300,000 (USD/EUR/GBP or local currency equivalent) annually.

  • Requirements: Automated Identity Verification (Valid government-issued ID + Liveness check / selfie).
