Yes, you can. To view your card transaction history, follow these steps

  • Navigate to the cards section

  • The card transaction history will be displayed on the card page

Is there a fee for using the Travel Card?

Yes, the following transaction fees apply:

  • Creation fee: USD 5/GBP 5/ EUR 5

  • Minimum top-up: NGN 5000 added automatically to the card

  • Delivery fee: Dynamic depending on preferred delivery location

Can I dispute a transaction done via the Travel Card?

Yes, you can dispute a transaction done via the Travel Card by following these steps;

  • Reach out to our support team with the details of the transaction (reason for dispute, amount, transaction date)

  • We will provide you with updates on the status of your dispute in 3 - 5 business days.
