Can I change my Travel Card PIN?

Yes, to change your card PIN, follow these steps

  • Log in to your Send App account,

  • On your dashboard, click on the “card” icon at the top left corner of your screen

  • Select “settings” and then “card PIN”

  • Enter your current 4-digit PIN

  • Enter and confirm your new 4-digit PIN

What should I do if my Travel Card gets lost/stolen?

Freeze or terminate it. Your travel card can be frozen by following these steps;

  • Go to the cards section

  • Select the freeze card option

You may unfreeze the card as well by selecting the unfreeze card option

If you’re also unable to access the app to freeze or terminate your card, contact our support team via the chat messenger on the dashboard.

Can I freeze my Travel Card?

Yes, your travel card can be terminated by following these steps;

  • Go to the cards section

  • Select the freeze card option

  • Once the card is frozen, the terminate card option becomes available.

  • Select Terminate card.
