Successful transfers

Why was I charged multiple times?
Please note that we only debit the amount you authorise for a transfer. If you were charged multiple times for a transfer, open a dispute with your financial institution and they will contact us directly.
Why did my recipient get a different amount?
Please note that the exchange rate used for all transactions is determined on a daily basis and is based on prevailing market rates for the day. Which means that today’s rate might not be the same as tomorrow’s rate. We display the rate for the day when you set up your transfer so you always know how much your recipient will receive.
If your recipient got a different amount from the amount displayed on screen when you setup your transfer please contact us here and we will review your request.
I sent the funds to a wrong account
Please note that successful transfers cannot be canceled/reversed as the funds have been delivered to the recipient.
My beneficiary is yet to receive the funds
A "successful" transfer status means that the funds has been delivered to your beneficiary's bank. Please note that most banks will deposit the money in the account within minutes, but some might take up to 24 hours.
If your beneficiary is yet to receive the funds 24 hours after transaction status has been completed as successful, please contact us here.
