Why is my transfer status "refunded"?

A "Refunded" transfer status means that a refund has been processed for your transfer. Please note that card refunds take between 3-15 business days to arrive in your account. Refunds to bank accounts take up to 24 hours for Nigerian banks and 3-5 business days for Non-Nigerian banks.
