Terms and Conditions for Send App Summer Discount Offer

1. Eligibility

This offer is open to eligible Send App users who are 18 years and above and legally resident in the United Kingdom, United States, or eligible European countries where Send App is available.

For the United States, this offer is available to users in all US states and the District of Columbia, subject to local laws and Send App availability.

Employees of Send App, Flutterwave, its affiliates, partners, agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

This offer is subject to all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited by law.

2. Promotion Period

The offer starts on June 10, 2026 and ends on July 1, 2026

Transfers made outside the promotion period will not be eligible for the discount.

Send App reserves the right to  modify, suspend, or withdraw the promotion at any time, subject to applicable laws.

3. Discount Offer

Eligible users can get £15, €15, or $15 off their transfer when they send £150, €150, or $150 or more with Send App during the promotion period.

To qualify, users must make a transfer of at least:

• £150 for GBP transactions

• €150 for EUR transactions

• $150 for USD transactions

The discount will only apply when the correct promo code is entered at checkout before completing the transfer.

4. Promo Codes

Users must enter the applicable promo code based on their sending country or currency:

• UK: SAVE15UK

• US: SAVE15US

• EU: SAVE15EU

The promo code must be applied before the transfer is completed. Discounts cannot be added after a transfer has been submitted.

5. Voucher Use

Each promo code is valid for one use per eligible user, unless otherwise stated by Send App.

The promo code cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, referral reward, voucher, or discount on Send App.

The promo code is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of compensation.

6. Eligible Transfers

The offer applies only to completed Send App transfers that meet the minimum transfer amount and all other requirements stated in these Terms and Conditions.

Cancelled, reversed, failed, refunded, or suspicious transfers will not qualify for the discount.

Send App reserves the right to withhold or reverse the discount if a user is found to have breached these Terms and Conditions or used the promo code in a fraudulent, abusive, or unfair way.

7. Availability

This offer is available for a limited time and may be limited by volume, user eligibility, corridor availability, currency availability, or other operational requirements.

Send App does not guarantee that the promo code will remain available throughout the full promotion period if the offer limit has been reached or if the promotion is changed, suspended, or withdrawn.

8. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for making sure that their participation in this offer complies with all laws and regulations that apply in their country, state, or region.

Users are also responsible for entering the correct promo code before completing their transfer.

Send App will not be responsible if a user fails to apply the promo code correctly before submitting a transfer.

9. Taxes and Charges

Users are responsible for any taxes, fees, duties, or charges that may apply as a result of participating in this offer or receiving the discount.

The discount applies only to the qualifying transfer amount and does not cover any third-party charges, bank fees, or other fees that may apply.

10. Changes to the Promotion

Send App reserves the right to change, suspend, cancel, or extend this offer at any time, where necessary.

Any changes to the offer may be communicated through Send App channels, including the Send App website, app notifications, email, SMS, or social media.

11. Disqualification

Send App reserves the right to disqualify any user who:

• Provides false or misleading information

• Attempts to abuse or manipulate the offer

• Uses multiple accounts to redeem the offer unfairly

• Makes transfers that are cancelled, reversed, failed, refunded, or flagged as suspicious

• Breaches these Terms and Conditions or any other Send App terms

12. Limitation of Liability

Send App will not be responsible for any technical issue, network failure, system error, app downtime, delayed transfer, incorrect promo code entry, or any other issue that may affect a user’s ability to participate in the offer.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.  To the maximum extend permitted by law, Send App shall not be liable for any consequential or special damages arising from participation in the promotion, except where prohibited by law.

13. Data Protection

Any personal data collected or used in connection with this offer will be handled in line with Send App’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws governing the Send App contracting entity responsible for providing the service to the user without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15. Existing Send App Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to the existing Send App Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable Send App terms.

If there is any conflict between these promotion Terms and Conditions and the general Send App Terms of Use, these promotion Terms and Conditions will apply only to this specific discount offer.

16. General

By using the promo code, users agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Send App’s decision on all matters relating to this offer is final, subject to applicable law.

This offer is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other reward.

17. Send to Your Squad Referral Offer

As part of the Send App Summer campaign, eligible users may participate in the Send to Your Squad referral offer.

Eligible users can invite friends and family in Nigeria, the United Kingdom, United States, or eligible European countries where Send App is available.

To qualify for the referral reward:

• The invited user must sign up to Send App using the referrer’s valid referral link or referral code.

• The invited user must successfully verify their Send App account.

• The invited user must complete a qualifying transfer during the promotion period.

• The qualifying transfer must meet the minimum amount required for the invited user’s sign-up country or currency.

The qualifying transfer amounts are:

• ₦200,000 for NGN transactions

• £100 for GBP transactions

• $100 for USD transactions

• €100 for EUR transactions

Once all requirements are met, the referrer and the invited user may each receive the applicable referral reward.

The referral reward may be:

• ₦5,000

• £20

• $20

• €20

The applicable reward will depend on the eligible country, currency, or market connected to the user’s Send App account.

Referral rewards are subject to verification, transaction completion, fraud checks, compliance checks, and Send App’s approval.

18. Referral Reward Conditions

Referral rewards will only apply to valid and completed referrals.

A referral will not qualify if:

• The invited user does not sign up through the correct referral link or referral code.

• The invited user does not complete account verification.

• The invited user does not make a qualifying transfer.

• The transfer is cancelled, failed, reversed, refunded, or flagged as suspicious.

• The referrer or invited user breaches these Terms and Conditions or any other Send App terms.

• Send App determines that the referral was created through fraud, abuse, manipulation, duplicate accounts, or any unfair activity.

Referral rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value outside the stated reward, and cannot be exchanged for any other reward, cash, credit, or compensation.

Send App reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel any referral reward if it finds that a user has breached these Terms and Conditions or acted in a fraudulent, abusive, or unfair way.

19. iPhone Prize Offer

Eligible users who participate in the Send to Your Squad referral offer may also qualify for the iPhone prize offer.

To qualify, users must make successful referrals during the promotion period.

A successful referral means that the invited user has signed up, verified their account, and completed a qualifying transfer in line with these Terms and Conditions.

The eligible participant with the highest number of successful referrals during the promotion period may be selected to receive an iPhone 17.

Where there is a tie between two or more eligible participants, Send App reserves the right to determine the winner based on additional criteria, including but not limited to the total value of qualifying transfers, the time the qualifying referrals were completed, or any other fair method determined by Send App.

The iPhone prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of compensation.

The iPhone prize is subject to availability. Send App reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or similar value if the stated prize is unavailable.

20. Prize Winner Notification

The winner of the iPhone prize will be contacted through the email address, phone number, or other contact details linked to their Send App account.

The winner may be required to respond within a stated period and provide any information reasonably required to confirm eligibility and deliver the prize.

If the winner does not respond within the required period, cannot be contacted, fails to provide the required information, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Send App reserves the right to select another eligible winner.

21. Prize Delivery

Send App will determine the method and timeline for prize delivery.

The winner may be required to provide a valid delivery address or any other information needed to deliver the prize.

Send App will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the winner, delivery issues, customs, import requirements, or any other issue outside Send App’s reasonable control.

Any taxes, duties, levies, delivery charges, customs charges, or other costs connected to receiving or using the prize will be the responsibility of the winner, unless otherwise stated by Send App.

22. Referral and Prize Offer Availability

The Send to Your Squad referral offer and iPhone prize offer are available for a limited time and may be limited by user eligibility, country, corridor availability, currency availability, transaction limits, regulatory requirements, or other operational requirements.

Send App reserves the right to change, suspend, cancel, or extend the referral offer or prize offer at any time, where necessary and subject to applicable laws.

Any changes may be communicated through Send App channels, including the Send App website, app notifications, email, SMS, or social media.

23. Disqualification from Referral and Prize Offer

Send App reserves the right to disqualify any user from the referral offer, prize offer, or both if the user:

• Provides false or misleading information

• Creates or uses multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage

• Attempts to manipulate the referral process

• Refers fake, duplicate, or ineligible users

• Makes or encourages cancelled, reversed, failed, refunded, or suspicious transfers

• Engages in fraudulent, abusive, or unfair activity

• Breaches these Terms and Conditions or any other Send App terms

Send App’s decision on all matters relating to referral eligibility, reward eligibility, prize eligibility, winner selection, and disqualification is final, subject to applicable law.

24. Publicity

By accepting the iPhone prize, the winner agrees that Send App may use their name, image, likeness, testimonial, country, and/or general prize information for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

The winner may be required to sign any additional consent or release form reasonably required by Send App.

25. Existing Send App Terms

The Send to Your Squad referral offer and iPhone prize offer are subject to these Terms and Conditions, the existing Send App Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable Send App terms.

If there is any conflict between these promotion Terms and Conditions and the general Send App Terms of Use, these promotion Terms and Conditions will apply only to the Send App Summer campaign offers.
