Tiers are account levels that define your sending power and transaction limits on the Send App.

Send App operates on a 3-tier structure (Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3).

Higher tiers grant higher monthly and annual sending limits.

Moving from Tier 1 to Tier 2 is instant and automated once you submit a valid government ID and complete a quick liveness selfie. Moving to Tier 3 provides higher custom limits through a compliance review.
