• Refunds can be processed immediately or may take up to 15 business days depending on your method of payment and delivery type.

   

  Please note that not all transactions can be refunded once completed successfully.

• Card refunds: 3 - 15 business days

• Refunds to bank account: Within 24 hours for Nigerian bank accounts. Within 3 - 5 business days for non-Nigerian bank accounts.

Refunds to Credit or Debit cards

If you paid for your transfer using a credit or debit card, the refund will be processed to your card. Card refunds take between 3-15 business days to arrive in your account. This is because our provider and your card issuer needs to process the refund.

Refunds to bank accounts

• Refunds to bank accounts in Nigeria will arrive in your account within 24 hours

• Refunds to bank accounts outside Nigeria will take between 3-5 business days to arrive in your account.

Refunds to other payment types

If you made payment with a different payment method such as Google pay and Apple pay, the refund will be processed to your payment card
