When your attempt to pay with bank transfer is declined, you should contact your bank to advise you on the reason for decline and what can be done about it.

Please note that we do not charge extra fees and there are no hidden charges when making payment for your transfer via the Pay with Bank option. The total amount you will pay for your transfer will be displayed on your screen when you initiate the transaction. If there are extra charges for your transfer, this might be from your bank. Kindly engage your bank to make enquiries on all additional fees.

What should I do to ensure that my payment is not rejected?

• Only send the exact amount displayed on your screen. If you pay less than the amount displayed on your screen, the transaction would be canceled and you would be refunded for the amount you transferred. If you pay more than the amount displayed on your screen, the excess amount would be refunded while the intended amount would be processed to your beneficiary.

• Do not make multiple payments to the displayed account number. If you do this, your transaction will be canceled and all amount sent would be refunded.
