You need to create a Send App profile before you can send money. You can sign up via web or download the Send App on your app store android | IOS.

Create an account using your email address, Google or Apple ID. When creating an account with your email address, a magic link will be sent to your email prompting you to log in.

Please note that you must use your real name and date of birth as shown on your valid means of ID when creating a Send App account.
