Can I update my personal information?

Yes. To change or update your account information, navigate to the personal details tab and click the “Edit profile” button to edit your information.

What information can I edit?

Tier 1 User:

  • Full name

  • Country

  • Phone number

  • Residential address

  • State, City, Postal code

  • Date of birth

  • Occupation

Please note that:

  • You must use your real name and date of birth as shown on your valid means of ID when editing your personal information.

  • You will be required to verify your account to save the information you edited

Tier 2 user:

  • Phone number

  • Residential address

  • State, City, Postal code

If you would like to update your signup country, contact our support team via the chat messenger on your app and share a bank statement or utility bill (energy bill, phone bill etc.) as proof of residence in that country.

Please note:

  • The bank statement/utility bill must be issued within the last 3 months

  • The bank statement/utility bill must clearly state your full name and address

Tier 3/4 user:

You will not be able to update your personal information. If you need to make any updates, contact our support team via the chat messenger on your app for assistance.
